ORDER PROCESSING TIMES



Stock Items

(all items which are not hand made to order)

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.  All orders placed by 2pm Monday - Friday are usually shipped the same business day .  For orders placed after 2pm on a business day, we will do our best to ensure they are shipped the same day based on courier collection times, however same day dispatch cannot be guaranteed.  If an order is placed too late to be shipped the same business day, it will be shipped the next business day.  Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on UK public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Our processing time is usually around 3 - 4 weeks, but may take a little longer during busy periods.

Our processing time is usually around 5 - 6 weeks, but may take a little longer during busy periods.

 



SHIPPING COST

The cost of shipping will vary depending on how many items you order as it is determined by the size and weight of your order.

For a list of all possible shipping options and relevant prices depending on your order size, simply follow these instructions:-
 

 

  • Add the items you wish to order to cart
  • From the right hand side of our website, choose "View Cart"
  • When viewing the contents of your cart, choose 'Estimate Shipping Cost' (located at the bottom of the page)
  • A box will appear asking you for some information about your location - enter the required details
  • Once submitted, a list of all possible shipping options which are available for your order will appear underneath the contents of your cart.  This will display the service and cost.
  • You will be able to choose which service you would prefer to use at the checkout when placing your order.
     

 



SHIPPING SERVICES

All time estimates show approximate delivery time after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery times quoted are delivery aims as quoted by courier, and while they will do everything within their power to meet these delivery times, there can be rare cases when they are not able to.  We recommend allowing around 3 - 4 extra days for delivery before contacting us regarding the whereabouts of a package.

The tracking number for your order can be viewed in your order details after your order has been dispatched.



UK Shipping

Royal Mail 1st Class   (delivery time: 1 - 3 business days)
Royal Mail 2nd Class   (delivery time: 2 - 5 business days)

Royal Mail 1st Class and 2nd Class packages will receive a tracking number which offers delivery confirmation only.  It is not possible to track the progress of the package whilst in transit.

Royal Mail Tracked 24   (delivery time: 1 business day)
Royal Mail Tracked 48   (delivery time: 2 business days)

Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 packages receive a tracking number which can be used to follow the progress of the package.  It offers full end to end tracking and confirmation of delivery.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For   (delivery time: 1 - 3 business days)
Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Signed For   (delivery time: 2 - 5 business days)

Royal Mail 1st Class and 2nd Class Recorded Signed For packages will receive a tracking number which offers delivery confirmation with a signature only.  It is not possible to track the progress of the package whilst in transit.

Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm   (delivery time:  next business day by 1pm)
Royal Mail Special Delivery 9am   (delivery time:  next business day by 9am)

Royal Mail Special Delivery packages receive a tracking number which can be used to follow the progress of the package.  It offers full end to end tracking and confirmation of delivery.

UPS   (delivery time: 1 business day for most of UK Mainland / 1 - 2 business days for remote areas and Northern Ireland)

UPS packages receive a tracking number which can be used to follow the progress of the package.  It offers full end to end tracking and confirmation of delivery.
 

European Shipping
 
Royal Mail International Standard
 
This is shipped using our postal services standard airmail service.  The package is given a tracking number which is used for internal tracking and tracking through customs.  Standard airmail is not officially a tracked service, so most postal services do not publish the tracking information and you will likely not be able to follow the progress of the package online.
 
Royal Mail International Tracked
 
This is shipped using our postal services tracked airmail service.  The package is given a tracking number which can be used to follow the progress of the package online, and offers full end to end tracking of the shipment.
 
Delivery times to the rest of the world using airmail services can vary depending on your country, and the current workload of the postal services.  Tracked airmail is usually given a higher processing priority than standard airmail, so we usually find that Tracked packages are delivered slightly faster than Standard.

Western Europe: 7 - 14 days
Eastern Europe: 10 - 25 days

COVID-19
 
Please be aware that there can be unexpected delays in all services due to Covid-19 worker absences in delivery companies.  This is unfortunately out of our control so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding if there is a delay with delivery of your order.

 
 
IMPORT CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
 
Please be aware that if you live outside the UK, your package could incur additional charges such as VAT, duty or customs charges which will be payable to your local authorities.  Please bear this in mind when ordering.  As the customer, you accept responsibility for any customs charges your order may accrue. We recommend checking with your local authorities for more information about import charges for your specific country. If you do not pay these charges and your order is returned to us, we will issue a refund for goods only - we will not be able to issue a refund for any shipping charges. Please note, if we are charged for your order being returned to us by the delivery company, this will be deducted from your refund.
